Terms and Conditions wwwd4 – Platform Terms of Use for Sports Betting

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform wwwd4, available at wwwd4.net, including all Sports Betting products, Live Casino, poker, e-sports, and other services offered to Brazilian users.

By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you ("User") confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is binding and carries the same legal effect as an electronic signature.

The wwwd4 reserves the right to revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notification in the account dashboard with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on wwwd4 and use its services, users must:

• Be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a Valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form;
• Not be prohibited from using betting services by any court order, administrative ruling, or active self-exclusion on any platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of the wwwd4.

The wwwd4 may request identification documents (national ID, driver's license, proof of address, and proof of bank account ownership) at any time for identity verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer). Refusing to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

User Account

Each CPF entitles the holder to only one active account on wwwd4. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or third-party documents is strictly prohibited and subject to the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. The wwwd4 recommends using strong passwords that are unique to this platform, and enabling two-factor authentication in your account security settings.

Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to a third party is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Bets placed on another person's account will be voided and the corresponding funds may be withheld.

The wwwd4 uses monitoring technology to detect suspicious access. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately for an emergency block.

Deposits

The wwwd4 accepts the following deposit methods, all operated exclusively in BRL:

• Pix — instant credit, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — clearing period of up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card — instant processing for all major card brands accepted in Brazil;
• PicPay — instant credit to digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — instant credit to digital wallet;
• TED Bank Transfer — available to customers of Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks that support TED transfers.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no defined maximum, but deposits above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional documentation proving the source of funds, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The wwwd4 does not charge fees on deposits. Any banking fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals at wwwd4 are processed primarily via Pix within 5 (five) minutes after the request is approved. Processing runs 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.

Important withdrawal rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00;
• The Pix key used for withdrawals must be linked to a bank account registered under the CPF of the account holder at wwwd4;
• Withdrawals to credit cards are not available; chargebacks to a card are limited to the amount originally deposited using that same method;
• The first withdrawal from a new account may require additional identity verification (KYC) before it is processed;
• Balances originating from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover requirements have been fully met.

Sports Betting

The wwwd4 offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions), basketball (NBB), volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The specific rules for each market are available in the platform's help center.

General points about Sports Betting at wwwd4:

• A confirmed bet is considered binding and cannot be canceled by the user, except in cases expressly provided for in these rules;
• Pre-match bets close automatically at the official kick-off time as published on the platform;
• Live bets may be accepted or declined based on market availability at the time of confirmation — if a bet is not accepted, the amount is immediately returned to the account balance;
• Results are settled based on official sources (confederations, leagues, referees) and the wwwd4 reserves the right to correct incorrect settlements within 72 hours of the event closing;
• In the event of cancellation, postponement, or suspension of an event, refund rules apply as described in the customer support section;
• The wwwd4 may suspend markets, cancel odds, or void bets in the event of a manifest technical error in the published odds.

Casino & Games

The casino section of wwwd4 includes live roulette (European, French, American, and Lightning Roulette), live blackjack, live baccarat, online poker, slots, crash games, and instant games. All casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent auditing laboratories.

Live casino tables are streamed in real time from studios with live dealers. Table availability may vary by time of day, and the platform may carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice to users.

The wwwd4 does not manipulate casino game results. Any claim of manipulation must be submitted to support with supporting evidence for review. The platform is committed to responding to any formal dispute within 5 business days.

Casino session bets interrupted by a server-side technical failure will be fully refunded. Connection failures on the user's end do not automatically qualify for a refund, but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by support.

Bonuses and Promotions

The wwwd4 offers a welcome bonus, weekly promotions, cashback, free bets, and VIP Program benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the offer page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Rollover: bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times (rollover) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in the offer description;
• Validity period: unused bonuses that expire within the stated period will be automatically forfeited with no possibility of recovery;
• Eligible games: sports bets with odds below 1.50 may not count toward rollover requirements. Casino games have varying contribution rates — check the promotion page for details;
• Bonus withdrawal limit: some promotions set a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated with bonus funds;
• Bonus arbitrage: any betting strategy identified as arbitrage or bonus abuse — including placing opposing bets across different accounts — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and the account;
• The wwwd4 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, notifying affected users with reasonable advance notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wwwd4:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or another person's documents;
• Providing false information during registration or any verification process;
• Using scripts, bots, automated software, or any technical method to manipulate bets or games;
• Placing bets in collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or obtain bonuses improperly;
• Deposit funds derived from illegal activities or use the platform in any form of money laundering;
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the system or carry out any form of cyberattack against the infrastructure of the wwwd4;
• Systematically reselling or transferring account funds to third parties.

Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, withdrawal holds during investigation, and — in cases involving illegal activity — referral to the relevant authorities.

Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through wwwd4. Once the request is submitted, the following conditions apply:

• Open bets are settled normally in accordance with event results;
• The available balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days;
• Unused bonuses are cancelled with no option for redemption;
• Personal data is retained for the minimum period required by applicable Brazilian law.

The wwwd4 may unilaterally close accounts in cases of a breach of these Terms, proven fraudulent conduct, or a court or regulatory order. In such cases, the user will be notified by email and is entitled to their available real-money balance (minus any invalid bets and bonuses), subject to the completion of any investigation.

Responsible Gambling

The wwwd4 treats responsible gambling as a core part of its operation, not just a formal obligation. The platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum. Limits take effect immediately. Decreases are applied right away; increases require a 7-day waiting period;
• Session limit: set a maximum duration for how long you can remain logged into a single session;
• Temporary break: voluntary access suspension for periods of 1 to 30 days, without needing to contact support;
• Self-exclusion: permanent and irreversible account closure, processed immediately. No promotions will be sent after self-exclusion.

Privacy & LGPD

Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own sharing or compromise of their credentials;
• Withdrawal delays caused by failures at banking institutions outside the platform's control;
• Use of the platform in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by local law.

The total liability of the wwwd4 for any individual claim is limited to the account balance available at the time of the incident, as recorded by the platform.

Changes to the Terms

The wwwd4 may update these Terms at any time to reflect regulatory, operational, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days in advance via registered email and account dashboard notification.

The current version of the Terms is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be submitted to the court of the user's place of domicile, as established by the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

Before pursuing legal action, the wwwd4 encourages users to resolve disputes through the platform's support channels or available out-of-court options in Brazil, including the relevant state Procon and the consumidor.gov.br platform operated by the Ministry of Justice.
